Processing time
Once you place your order and your payment is confirmed, we get to work. We verify the details, run our quality checks, and package your item with care. This usually takes 1 to 4 days.

Shipping time
After your package leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 10 to 15 days to reach you. Delivery times depend on your location, and we monitor each shipment until it arrives.

Tracking
When your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey. Most carriers provide full tracking. If you ever need help, our support team is ready to assist.
